Year after year, Google Cloud Program is a sell-out success story. This is one of the programs by google that doesn’t have to worry too much about self-promotion. But does that stop it from having a regularly updated blog? It does not.
Let’s just see how GCP took off this year.
Quarantine changed the game to a virtual meet
Unlike every year the program was held till the 5th of November considering the overwhelmed responses. And everything is through the Google Meet. We focused on ways to engage our participants in simple, fun, but effective ways and that worked.
How cool is it learning yourself
The syllabus for each track is perfectly structured in making participants skilful in the respective tracks. From the introductory lab to the challenge lab, participants made it by themselves and that’s striking.
It’s time to reap your pre-Christmas gifts from Cloud Santa
Just a week before Christmas Eve, participants(who finished either/both the tracks) started receiving their swags. And this year they are directly sent to the home address while they were sent to the university every year.
Let’s now sum up
What all of these participants exhibited is the excitement for the event, the appetite for completion of tracks, and the desire to help other participants which lead the event to be victorious.
Sudeepa Kolli, as a facilitator, her journey with DSC VIIT was quite promising.
She said, “There’s immense dignity in facilitating a set of inquisitive learners. The knowledge I had gained throughout this journey is incredibly stunning.
I should thank the participants for being so cooperative and exhibiting enthusiasm towards the program. And congratulations to all the peers who completed the tracks.”
